Really really nice pops. The grail were TOP NOTCH. The assortment is incredibly organized. 3for$33 on common pops is pretty good deal. The service / help is very engaging and friendly to talk to about all the details, pop hype etc.

It’s almost been years since the last time I came. How is it possible that I got the same experience again. Manager was forcing me to pay double for a funko and don’t get me started when I caught him over charging me on my card and I told to cancel it.

My friends and I stopped by this store while we were walking around Glendale mall. They didn't have any signs outside but I saw the grand opening sign so I believe they just moved location. What first stood out to me was the halloween decorations which looked awesome. Then I saw some polarized 3d picture that can change depending on which position you look at it. The Goku 3d polarized picture and Messi/Ronaldo 3D picture looked amazing. Their Funko Pop price are almost the same at other stores just like a penny less. They have a sign that said no backpack or bags in the store. The employee were pretty nice to us when we walked in, they told me the prices for the polarized 3D pictures and their current deal.

This is honestly the worst store I've walked into. Period. Prices are outrageous, employees arguing with other customers right at the checkstand. Honestly, the only reason to be that defensive is if you know you're scamming people. It looks like a very inviting store and there are tons of pops, but you're overwhelmed by the bad service and terrible prices moments later. If you choose to go in and you're smart come with the funko app in hand so you can compare ppgs or even check Amazon. If you're even smarter don't come at all.

Let me be the ethical person that this business absolutely lacks, by reminding you that once you pay them and issue them your money, you will not be able to ask them to reverse it, even if it is one measly day after.

Call me crazy but anyone in sales, trying to be transparent and ethical should definitely tell their clients before they fork over money that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I ended up spending more than $500 with the supervisor (Samer) assuring me I was in good hands. Maybe I should have suspected his "trust me" attitude and been more thorough with asking him what would happen if I changed my mind but I still believe that a moral company doesn't hide beneath small print.

Worst of all is how I was treated afterwards when trying to see when I could come around to return the items I didn't need. I got the same sweet Mr. Samer from the other day, now throwing the typical policies of sales being final at my face, which he forgot to mention, conveniently, when I was purchasing these funkos Saturday night!!!

It maybe legal for them to hide beneath their signs and fine print but it doesn't make their business decisions ethical or right. At the end of the day, I've had way more car sales people be more forthcoming than this.

Samer told me he'd call his superiors and get back to me when I had called him today.

I pleaded to him that I was not made aware of their "no return policy" and that spending $500 while being unemployed was a poor and rash decision on my part. Mistake on me and definitely poor salesmanship in not remind clients that all sales are final.

Cherry on top... Samer never called me back and instead had one of his lackeys deliver the message to me that only $150 in value would be accepted as a return and that I should be very thankful as they never extend such favors like this one to their customers. ?

The guy didn't even have the integrity to admit that the store's method was poor and distasteful or atleast apologize that this $500 dollar transaction would be final.

Maybe the people at these stores truly don't have a say in how business is conducted but shame on the owners or people above Samer's head, if there are any, for being all about the money and not the client.

In the end they got me good with $500 plus dollars and I'll have to take the L because I have no other choice. But I'll make sure to share my story wherever I go because business owners like that, shouldn't prevail, and I hope karma comes around one day and throws them a strict policy hindering them when they are most in need. I leave it at that... what comes around goes around.

So the collection isn't that bad, a bit overpriced for what it is but, that's not why it's 2 stars. I get that they need to make a sale, but can I first LOOK at the things you got in store The owner/salesman (the same one everyone is reviewing about) was annoyingly pestering us about prices and deals. He kept his eye on us like we were gonna steal and was generally harassing and uncomfortable. Dude's doing too much tbh.

This man right here was very very rude to me and another customer that walked in with a diaper bag , a baby obviously that u could see, was polity asking if it was stated n he said don’t talk to him and tht he works 7 days a week which personally i don’t care about his personal life he was not there when I previously went in . He was not respectful, very unprofessional, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I went in 2 days ago with the same diaper bag and my sister who also has a baby and nothing was said to us we shopped bought something and proceeded about our day. If zero stars was a thing that’s what I would’ve gave.
