Maria and her staff are always so helpful, (I’ve only been to the physical store once, as I don’t live in Ontario).
I do my ordering online and they always take the time to talk to me on the phone, to make sure what I’m getting is “just right”, be it measurements or color, and to answer any other questions I might have.

I purchased the Palace Dollhouse online and my shopping experience was a joy. We don’t have a car so I couldn’t pick up our purchase which was made online. The package was oversized so Canada Post was unable to ship it. So the owners went above and beyond and decided to get it to me themselves (we’re all within the GTA). I didn’t ask them to do this as I wouldn’t consider that an option. Who does that? Appreciate their passion for what they do and prior to my purchasing this, the staff at the store took the time to answer all my questions when I called. They were very kind and patient.

And when it arrived in record time (less than 2 days later) it was in perfect condition. It got here much earlier than I expected that my only problem now is how I will hide this from my kid until birthday time. It is big! lol. But the hard work is done - getting it to our home - and all my thanks to the owners for their help! I’m very grateful for the time and care taken by everyone!

With the assistance of the expert, I found the products I needed on their website and made some purchases. The order was received the next day (an advantage of living in Canada), perfectly packed and of very high quality.
