I had the BEST experience at this AutoZone! I was having problems with my car, and James helped me right away. He scanned my car with the Fix Finder and made sure it was fixed within the same day. Also, he made sure I got the best price and understood everything very well! I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and how much he seemed to care. Thank you, James!

James and Kyle at the Ryan Rd location are fantastic. They went out of their way to explain to me why my vehicle issue might not be what I thought. They were able to quickly diagnose and make the fix to my electrical issue there on the spot. The willingness to provide technical detail proved to me they genuinely care about helping their customers. Recommend!

Approx 1 year ago I purchased a replacement battery for my mother-in-laws car. Periodically the car would not start and required jumping. We finally figured out that the battery placed in the car was the wrong battery. It was the right size but wrong strength and the alternator was charging it correctly. The Auto Zone management realized when looking at the battery that it was the wrong size selected off a list of batteries, and they all looked alike on list. Bottoms line is they admitted the mistake and we were able to resolve the issue. They were understanding and apologetic, and I will continue to use Auto Zone in Oak Creek and Kenosha. Thank you for working with me to resolve the issue.

Went in on a Monday night after work. I had the most one-on-one attention from both of the employees. The first employee wasn’t sure, but asked his other employee for assistance. I felt comfortable asking many other questions on other car related topics. James is the second employee that i asked those other car related questions. But the first employee cared about my issues also. I apologize I didn’t get first employees his name. Based on customer service, knowledge, patience- I will go back there in a heartbeat and recommend you do to.

The morning manager that works there is useless. When looking for an oil filter, she was telling me it was not there, but her coworker found it. I had a damaged one I was looking to exchange but she wouldn't exchange it unless I bought another one. She really needs to go. She can't even do core exchanges without causing a headache.

James is the most helpful employee I've ever worked with. Battery died and he replaced it and it was an ordeal getting it out. He also replaced my terminal and I couldn't be more thankful.
