Always enjoy visiting this place. Staff for friendly and knowledgeable. Unbelievable leathers and great selection of helmets. I was surprised to find that they had a large section of marked down items in the back. Almost made me purchase a bunch that I couldn't have afforded at full price. Will definitely go back when I have more time to spend.

Cool place to visit, but I think I am done with both Dainese the store and Dainese the parent company. When I purchased my jacket, the paperwork said I could get a replacement for $299 anytime. That is steep, but I agreed when I chose to buy the jacket. They chose to increase that every single time I contacted..

I emailed before visiting to verify they had the parts to fix my jacket in stock. They confirmed. Then, when I got there, they were looking at the wrong part and it is not in stock.

I emailed them to see what happened over two weeks after dropping it off with no follow up. No email back.

I finally called today and they blamed me for writing my own phone number wrong. I pointed out that they had my email address as well, and I had emailed several times and my phone number is in every one of my emails... They promised to send the jacket I paid $355 instead to repair today and that I should have it back by Friday. Note that the $355 was after John kindly offered me a small discount!

I am just a little disappointed. I thought when you pay the premium for Dainese, you would get a premium experience with fast service. That being said, everyone was polite and they had some very cool suits and bikes in the store. Thankfully it is a street jacket and I have plenty of gear to ride with in between but if you are looking at an airbag option and going to be at their mercy, buyer beware.

Great stuff, their jacket quality is amazing. The material is top-notch and the stitching is impeccable. I also love the attention to detail in the design. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I am new to riding. I bought a bike a few months ago and I want to ride safe. I like my skin, so I wanna protect it.

I went into Dainese and told them I knew very little and needed help.

BLAKE G.... that's all I gotta day. This dude went above and beyond to help me out.
I wanted ladies' pants because they are so hard to find. He told me that I was in luck and that they had a special going. He showed me a sales rack that had soooo many pants my size. Lucky me that a lot of 5 foot, 135lb girls don't ride. ?.
Blake spent over 2 hours with me discussing pants, the A - AAA rating on them. Looked up stats for the ratings. I wanted to get a suit for track days. (Don't make fun... I want to improve before I get bad habits that stick).

He found a suit that fits me, and this thing was 55% off!! Plus, an additional % due to the sale going on.

Both of my pants that I bought and a shirt and hat (love the hat) ?...I saved over $750 bucks on the additional gear and about $900 on the suit because of Blake!!

Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and super patient with my questions. I am little and a girl, so at times, I feel I won't be taken seriously when I am looking for bike stuff, and I felt like I had known then for years.

I am super grateful that Dainese has such support for their clients/customers.
I am looking forward to getting a custom suit after I am done with this one ❤️

I love this shop so much!

Of course Dainese gear is going to be quite the premium but for the most part if you got the money for it, then it's worth it.

Otherwise, they have an amazing sale/outlet section in the corner with heavily discounted stuff. If you can find your size then this is where the deals are and why I love this store so much.

I made a special stop in here in here to check out their boots while driving through OC. This store is packed full of top notch riding gear, particularly track suits and gloves?. They carry the full Dainese line with a decent stock level. The dudes working here are easy going and knowledgeable on their stuff. The 10% off for military/police was a cherry on top ?. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for riding gear.
