Great experience here. Was walking down Broadway and stopped in on a whim. Lots of selection and great prices. Employees were friendly and helpful. Got 2 pairs of shoes, including some awesome Nightmare Before Christmas crocs. Would recommend and would return.

This is a pretty big Shiekh store compared to their mall versions. Solid selection of items overall.

I was able to get the Jordan 3 craft’s with no problem and I’ll be back to try for the reimagined 4’s. Solid customer service overall.

I’d definitely come back here to get other shoes and apparel on the future. Parking is tricky, limited to street or paid garage nearby.

Where is the customer service, how is everyone at the front door, looking at us stupid as we walk in. It's Balenciaga, and Armani. that's what we were wearing. Not work clothes. Remember that.

Simply disgusting. I was at the store this evening with my family and we purchased 3 pair of shoes from this store, we were all happy with the shoes we picked.
HOWEVER, after we came back home and starts unpacking the stuff, we realized that the pair of Jordan we bought (the left one) is a display shoe!
I asked the staff there TWO times if this is the display shoe, he denied and ensured me that it is NOT a display shoe. I trusted him and just went on with it.
This kind of service is just disgusting. I paid for the shoes and I did not expect them to be a display ones. I would not purchase it in the first place if I know they were out on display. The shoes looked significantly different under white lights and it is just disgusting.
It is not NEW.
I'm going back first thing in the morning tomorrow and I hope they will give me an explanation for this.
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS.

Stopped by to see if my shoes we're ready for pickup after ordering them 6 hours earlier offline, of course they weren't ready even though they had the exact pair in stock that I ordered. A few of the employees were very helpful trying to resolve my problems but one employee in particular decided she would take over and had no intention of helping. Immediately she gave me attitude, never once tried to help, and said there is nothing she can do. Not sure if she was the manager but if she was, that's pathetic. I haven't been treated that poorly by a retail employee in a long time. I've bought dozens of shoes from Sheikh over the years but this will be my last. Between the long delays in store pickup times, the horrible customer service, and the ever shrinking inventory, I will be looking elsewhere for shoes from now on.

Today was a raffle and it was the most unorganized one I have been too . Multiple tickets were handed out .when it was suppose to be one person. The worker knew people were getting multiple pairs and turned a blind eye to it. The manger was selling/ giving away raffle tickets to people he knew . When the raffle started They mumbled when calling out numbers . If you only have 200 pair why are you handing out 1000 tickets. The kicker was there was so many people waiting around traffic was jammed and someone had an accident. This place is the worst when it comes to raffles!!!

MJ Museum

I did an art show here with my sneaker mask for All Star Weekend with Slam magazine.... the store was very impressive James worthy and Domunique Wilkins were there the store is huge and a prime sneaker store in L.A ! I'll be back in the store I need a pair of white kicks for a my website
