The public needs to be aware that this is not a safe place for women to shop.
I was driving on the public street, Alice Mae Rd when I witnessed two men absolutely manhandling a woman.
One grabbed her arms and hit her chest, roughing her up. He snatched her purse then dumped all its contents on the side of the road.
I have literally never witnessed a man laying hands on a woman like the two of them were.
I did a swift U turn, and asked the victim if she needed the cops and she said yes.
The security guards backed off because they didn't find what they were looking for in her purse.

They tried very hard to scare and intimidate me.
I took a picture from my car of the old man threatening me because he made a show of putting his hand on his gun? As if he was about to escalate the violence further?

They tried using words and phrases cops use on tv to intimidate me and the victim.
They filmed me and took photos of my car.

The woman picked up her belongings they had scattered and got in my car and I drove her to the police station to file a report. She said they started following her after she left Ross.

Women shopping alone, please watch out for these dangerous rent a cops.

Their compact car and matching outfits said "PCS" on it.

I used shop and eat here everyday, I won't be back.
It's not worth getting hurt by one of their hired security.

I love southpark Meadows, lots of stores and lots of great food. I drive an EV so it's helpful to be able to park and get a 20% fill up for free! They really need to work on the roads because they're full of potholes and bumps. There always seems to be a new store coming in somewhere in the complex . I like that it's an outside mall so I can drive up to the store I actually want to go to versus having to walk all through an indoor mall just to get to one shop. I have a walking disability so that can really complicate my life.

As fun as this shopping complex is, driving in it makes me super nervous. Its a little chaotic. Some of the stop signs seem awkardly placed with at least one of them placed right after a driveway that does not have its own stop sign.

I went to the Super Target and had some fun. We don't have Target this size where I'm from so it was nice to see everything they had to offer. Very nice and clean and kept up with. Staff was very friendly and polite!

Everything well until the checkout. We bought almost a $3000 dinning set and sales lady took forever to finish our checkout, on top of that we needed to help her with highlighter and the staple. As it was memorial day sale everyone got a gift as nice water bottle but not us. I don't know why though

Summary: Decent parking, fun play ground for the kiddies.

The details: This place is clean and has a lot of stores to choose from. Some of my personal favorites are Carter's and Amy's ice cream. Beware though, the cute electric rides for kids don't all work and will swallow your money.
If you need a place to do some shopping and let the kids play on a super duper play structure under the shade of a huge Oak Tree, this is your spot.
Tip: Jason's deli has ice cream too, it's help yourself though only chocolate or vanilla.

This place is a travesty. An absolute disaster of urban planning. A disgusting mess of sprawl, poorly designed traffic flow, and a massive eyesore that doesn’t fit south Austin. It’s unpleasant to drive around and completely un-walkable. What on earth were they thinking?

I use to love going to SouthPark Meadows. Lately though they have been raising the rents so much that 3 of my favorite restaurants have closed. The latest being Amaya's Taco Village.
